Mondays & Thursdays January 9-March 9. 10:30-11:30am. Move, Groove, and Improve is a program focused on active aging and well-being. Participants will engage in physical activities, such as chair yoga. Instruction is in Punjabi and English. All seniors are welcome. Join us on Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. Do you have “stuff” you keep because of the memories things hold for you? Come and spend some social time hand stitching a special container for your memories. No special skills needed. We have lots of cloth and hand sewing supplies to share.
Come to our class and learn how to build that special bouquet for your sweetheart. Bring some live or synthetic flowers, a vase, and anything special like greenery from your garden, or special place. We will show you how to put it together into a bouquet.
