This martial art combines elements of flexibility, power, agility, and improves mental discipline and self-confidence. Ultimate Martial Arts training is designed to develop physical strength and teach practical self-defence techniques in stand-up and ground position. Another aspect of Taekwondo is Olympic sport sparring training, which is introduced at intermediate and advanced levels. Black belts will receive their certificates from the World Taekwondo Headquarters (Kukkiwon). All tests are conducted by Master E.Saadati, black belt (7th degree) and world Taekwondo champion. Game Ready

Specialists in developing athletes and youth in the areas of sport, physical literacy and fundamental movement skills. The coaches at Game Ready will challenge students to complete their strength and conditioning challenge which incorporates movements and skills. While each student performs the others will encourage and cheer as a team concept is built on support! We will have prizes and treats for those performing well and supporting well. The Endings Project

The Concession at Sunset is looking for responsible, friendly and task oriented youth to help manage the Snack Bar afterschool. This training will teach you the skills that you need to successfully work in a customer service setting. Training will cover: customer service, cash handling, inventory, and proper food handling. Math Mentoring(Big Brothers)
