GYROKINESIS® method is a movement practice that i GYROKINESIS® method is a movement practice that incorporates a series of rhythmic flowing sequences to help the mover gain strength, flexibility, release habitual restrictions in the body and access more three-dimensional range of movement. A typical Gyrokinesis class can take place on a stool, on the floor or in standing while learning a series of rhythmic flowing sequences with the goal to open the whole body.

On March 19th, the Sunset Community Centre will ho On March 19th, the Sunset Community Centre will host a 3v3 basketball tournament between Sunset Youth and the Vancouver Police Department. All youth ages 13 to 18 are welcome to participate! There will be awards for all contestants, including a grand prize for the winners. Pizza will be provided to the participating contestants. Spots are limited, so register by March 1st! The event is free, so bring your friends and come join us! Players will receive a Google Form to confirm their team of three.
