Fitness Centre Fees

FITNESS CONSULTATIONS

30 minute fitness orientation is provided FREE with Fitness Centre Admission (either $3.75/drop-in or with Fitness Centre pass). Great if you are new to the fitness centre or require some additional advice on working out. Please call 604-718-6505 to make an appointment.

 

OUTSIDE TRAINERS

Train your clients at Sunset Community Centre
You must be registered as an approved External Rehab Specialist and/or Personal Trainer with Sunset Community Association. For more information, please contact the Recreation Programmer, Mawi Bagon, at mawi.bagon@vancouver.ca or 604.718.6509.

Please note those Trainers who are observed to be using the facilities and who are not adhering to the Outside Trainers Registration may be denied access.

Modern Line Dance with Lucy (Level 2 – Mon)

Qi Gong – Wu Qin Xi with Sprina

Wu Qin Xi is a set of Daoyin (deep stretching) and Tu Na (deep breathing) exercise that imitates the actions of animals based on the habits of the tiger, deer, bear, monkey and bird. Drop-in $7.

Healthy Living Program

This program is for South Asian Women ages 25 and up, and is offered in Punjabi/Hindi.
