Congratulations to our Licensed Childcare Manager, Paramjeet, Munday, reaching a huge milestone of 30 years of service with the Sunset Community Association.
It’s amazing how time flies when you do something you like to do. It feels not too long ago I’d completed my 25 years at sunset and in September 2020 it’s been 30 years already. Although its been pretty challenging year due to COVID but with the help of hard working team of staff, families, Sunset board and community centre staff, we have done very well with the health and safety protocols. New routines and activities were adapted to reach our program objectives to meet children’s developmental needs. I am very thankful to have the opportunity to serve and advocate for the children and families in this community. Look forward to pass COVID era and have fun times together again.
Paramjeet’s dedication over the three decades has touched many lives. Many of her preschool kids are all grown up and have their own kids attending her preschool. The childcare programs have expanded significantly over the years.
