This Health Qi Gong set emphasizes coordinated mind and form, twisting and stretching of the body movements, while mimicking the five animals, all in a playful, and happy mood. During the process of regulating Qi and blood, and balancing Yin and Yang, it achieves the effect of strengthening the body and nourishing the heart. The movements are slow, soft and gentle. They are suitable for practitioners of all ages. Long term practice can help improve mood and emotional states, enhance body shape and reduce fat.
