Gentle Yoga – Beginner (Sat)

Yoga will relax, renew and rejuvenate you by making you flexible, strong, optimistic, and balanced. This course is very gentle but intense and deep. It teaches new and more body postures, breathing methods, sense control, balancing emotions through different antique methods, and much more. No registration after second class. No drop-in participation. No session Oct 20.
