All levels class. It starts in a 40 minutes fitness dance calorie-burning workout using Latin & Pop music and the last 20 minutes will be strength training using weights/bands & cool down on a mat. It is a total body cardio/strengthening workout to improve your cardio health and your muscular strength. Drop in $8.40.
