Taekwondo – Advanced (Mon)

This martial art combines elements of flexibility, power, agility, and improves mental discipline and self-confidence. Ultimate Martial Arts training is designed to develop physical strength and teach practical self-defence techniques in stand-up and ground position. Another aspect of Taekwondo is Olympic sport sparring training, which is introduced at intermediate and advanced levels. Triple Threat: Acting, Dancing, Singing

What if you had the opportunity to play the part of Justin Bieber opposite of Taylor Swift. What if you had the opportunity to act in a mashup of Broadway Musicals. What if Madonna got together with Bruno Mars. In this class, students work with teacher Jan Cooper to create a series of musical productions about pop-culture what-ifs, and learn to perform the songs within them.

The Chaos Boys Youth Camp will focus on sport and leadership development for boys between the ages of 12 and 16 years. The Chaos leaders will be planning weekly activities and out-trips, ranging from sports tournaments, outdoor activities, and leadership and community engagement. Each week, there will be 1-2 weekly out-trips offered, such as Playland, swimming, the beach and much more!
