Bollywood Dance Workout

English Conversation Class

This conversation session is great for non-English speakers to practice speaking English and to get comfortable speaking in a group. Join us for this conversational English class led by an experienced English Teacher. Everyone with any level of English is welcomed. Sign up in advance as spaces fill up fast. Qi Gong – Wu Qin Xi with Sprina

Pickleball – Beg/Int (Tue PM)

September 7 @ 12:00 am until December 14 @ 12:00 am

Pickleball is a sport in which two to four players use solid paddles to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a wiffle ball, over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports, the dimensions and layout of a badminton court, and a net and rules similar to tennis, with a few modifications. Ideal for varying fitness levels. Drop-ins are first-come-first-serve basis. One court is reserved for beginners.Drop-in $4.

Introduction to Singing

An introductory course of voice production in singing. It will cover how to vocalize and the proper way of breath control. There will be time for one to one training due to the small size of the class.

Fit 4 Two – Mom and Baby Fitness (Set 1)

This baby friendly class allows mom to get a great workout AND attend to baby's needs at any time. Each class provides a full body workout: cardio, muscular endurance, postnatal specific core work and flexibility.
