Pickleball – All Levels (Mon AM)

Pickleball is a sport in which two to four players use solid paddles to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a wiffle ball, over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports, the dimensions and layout of a badminton court, and a net and rules similar to tennis, with a few modifications. Ideal for varying fitness levels. Gentle Yoga

These classes are suitable for most ages and ability levels. Sufficient time is given to warm up the body with small, repetitive movements.
