Arts & Health: Healthy Aging Through Arts

This creative arts initiative brings older adults together with professional dance artist Olivia Davies to explore multi-cultural traditions, personal history and ecstatic movement and story-telling through dance. Accessible for all levels, no previous experience required. Instruction is provided in English with Punjabi translation available. Move, Groove and Improve
