A fun, new and exciting dance workout inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands. In 60 minutes, this total body workout isolates larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition of the core, glutes, quads and arms. HOT HULA is easy to follow, low impact and appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. No special equipment required. Please join us with comfortable clothing. Drop-in $6.
